Falls Prevention & Home Safety Support Worker

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is recruiting for a Part Time Community Falls Support Worker in Luton. The role focuses on delivering timely fall interventions, conducting assessments, and arranging equipment and home support to prevent hospital admissions.
