OT for Reablement: Elevate Independence in the Community

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement Team in Brent. You will deliver strengths-based assessments, support residents after hospital discharge, and carry out home visits across the borough to help people regain independence.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will identify barriers to independence, recommend equipment and adaptations, and develop person-centered intervention plans while maintaining accurate records.
