Oaklea Dementia Care Unit, within Ashlea Court Care Home, is part of Willinbrook Healthcare and provides specialist dementia care for up to 26 residents. The unit offers a structured, supportive and homely environment designed to meet the needs of individuals living with dementia.
As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with complex needs, follow care plans and routines, build positive relationships and respond to changes in wellbeing.
