Lead Hospital Pharmacy Tech – Team Leader

The Princess Grace Hospital in Central London, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. You will line manage a team of 4-5 technicians and assistants, ensuring high standards in dispensary, purchasing, stock control and medicines distribution.

You will work with the Pharmacy Leadership team on service development, workforce planning, and use KPIs, audits and financial data to drive continuous improvement across the service.
