We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Family Help team within the Central Locality. As a qualified Social Care professional, you will play a vital role in supporting families and children who require assistance to improve their wellbeing and safety. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized intervention plans to support family wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams including health, education, and community organizations.
- Provide regular support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting and child development.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with organizational and legal requirements.
- Attend and contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and court proceedings as required.
- Promote safeguarding practices to protect vulnerable children and adults within the community.
- Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance service delivery.
