IT Workshop Technician – Hardware & Systems Support

Frasers Group is seeking an IT Hardware Support Technician to take responsibility for hardware queries from our head office, stores and warehouses across the UK. The role is based full time at the Shirebrook HQ, with a rotational shift pattern of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm, plus weekend work on a 1 in 4 basis.

You will log issues via ticket systems, repair and maintain IT hardware, manage assets, and assist with hardware delivery and documentation.
