On-site Reliability Maintenance Tech – Keep Operations Running

Amazon is seeking an RME Technician to perform proactive and reactive maintenance across a range of site equipment in our Daventry-based operations. This role focuses on keeping machinery running safely, reducing downtime, and supporting a busy distribution environment.

You will carry out planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and work with senior colleagues to implement improvements. A flexible schedule and on-site presence are required to support Amazon’s 24/7 operations.
