Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload
• Opening new client files and completing AML and ID checks
• Preparing contracts, legal documents and correspondence
• Ordering searches and requesting title documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Assisting with exchanges, completions and post-completion administration
• Keeping the case management system updated and providing support throughout the conveyancing process

About You

• Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant
• Experience supporting fee earners within residential conveyancing
• A good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload
• A positive and proactive approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in residential property
