Customer Experience Advisor – 12-Month Contract

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Durham. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent for the right candidates. Shifts are 9:00–11:00 and 14:30–16:30 (27.5 hours per week), including weekends.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and customer enquiries, complete transactions, and maintain records. Pay is £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.57 after 12 weeks plus overtime.
