End of Tenancy Property Manager – Edinburgh (35h)

DJ Alexander in Edinburgh, part of Lomond, seeks an End of Tenancy Property Manager for our city centre office. This full-time role offers a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £23,500–£26,000 depending on 12 months related Property Manager experience.

You will oversee end-of-tenancy processes, assess dilapidations and liabilities, advise on improvements, resolve deposit disputes, and ensure compliance and quality across inspections and reports.
