Wholesale Customer Operations Coordinator

Northumbrian Water is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to join the Wholesale Operations team on a 6-month temporary contract. The role focuses on handling retailer and non-household customer communications, data entry, and delivering timely, accurate responses in a fast-paced environment.

You will record messages across telephone, email and written channels, progress contacts in line with procedures, and maintain records in core systems while producing regular reports.
