Customer Service & Community Store Associate

Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is seeking enthusiastic people to join a multi-skilled team and help run a busy store. You will cover checkouts, shop floor tasks, housekeeping, date code checks, and temperature checks, with duties that may include the in-store bakery.

You’ll promote membership benefits and engage with customers to help them join and participate in Community life. No prior experience is required; a friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
