What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Supporting customers throughout the order journey, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts.
- Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge, with the confidence to explain technical blind related information clearly.
- Identifying recurring customer queries or issues and sharing feedback with the Team Leader.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Managing your daily workload effectively while staying organised and focused.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- At least 1 year’s experience in customer service or a similar role.
- A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to provide solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Confidence using computers, excellent telephone etiquette, and a well-organised approach.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the energy to make a difference.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable:
- Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing environment.
