STG Aerospace is seeking a Lead Screen & Digital Print Operative to manage day-to-day operations in the Print Department. You will oversee screen/digital printing, assembly and inspection, ensuring safety, efficiency and top quality.
The role includes training, problem solving and continuous improvement with the Head of Operations. You will lead the team, manage priorities, and drive adherence to aerospace quality standards while supporting R&D trials and WI development.
