Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park in Roborough, Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives and Paintline Operatives looking for long-term ongoing work, with the potential to become permanent.
You’ll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loading and unloading components from an overhead paint line conveyor and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Key Duties
- Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.
- Check the quality of components and handle parts carefully.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Ability to follow clear instructions.
- Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Willingness to complete a basic DBS check.
- Willingness to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
