Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician – Ipswich (East Region)

Sanctuary Group in Ipswich is hiring a Multi-Trade Operative to maintain and repair Sanctuary properties in the East region. You will work as part of a team and lone-working, performing construction, fault-fixing and routine maintenance to contract specifications.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry/electrical) or related certification, with WRAS if plumbing. Industry knowledge, H&S compliance, PC skills (PDA) and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
