Care Home Grounds & Garden Gardener

HC-One is hiring a Gardner to join our gardening team across Sunderland area care homes. The role involves maintaining and presenting gardens to a high standard, including planting, mowing, pruning, and upkeep of walkways and driveways.

You will support the estates team and participate in snow clearance as required. The position covers multiple homes, so driving is required and a company vehicle is provided.
