Cafe Operations Leader – London

Vacherin in London is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead our catering team. The role is based in London (WC2) with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–16:30pm, and a salary of £38,000 per annum.

You will oversee food preparation to the highest standards, manage culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, and ensure health and safety across all catering and service operations. This is a collaborative role with regular training and opportunities for growth, plus a range of staff
