As a Food Runner at Hawksmoor , you’llplay a key role in delivering smooth, high-quality service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the kitchen and frontof house teams to ensure dishes are delivered accurately, efficiently and tothe highest standard. You’ll be on your feet throughout service, supporting theflow of the restaurant and helping create a great guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Runfood from the kitchen to the floor accurately and efficiently
- Communicateclearly with chefs and front of house teams during service
- Ensuredishes are presented correctly and reach guests promptly
- Supportthe floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed
- Helpmaintain clean, organised service areas
- Learnmenu knowledge and Hawksmoor service standards

- Astrong team player who enjoys supporting others
- Comfortablebeing on your feet and moving quickly throughout service
- Previoushospitality experience is desirable
