Soho House in Brighton is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be instrumental in preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes in line with the club’s food philosophy.
You will demonstrate technical expertise, understand kitchen operations, and train, maintain hygiene, and ensure consistency. You will also contribute to menu development and ensure allergy procedures are followed.
