Trade Counter Lead – Drive Service, Sales & Efficiency

Vuba is seeking a Trade Counter Manager to lead a small counter team, delivering a friendly, efficient service to builders, installers, merchants and contractors. You’ll ensure customers get the right product at the right time and drive improvements across counter operations.

You’ll be on the counter shaping the customer experience, coaching staff, managing order processing and stock, and collaborating with sales and logistics to keep the counter fast, accurate and reliable.
