Flexible Night Care Assistant – Calm, Compassionate Support

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Relief Night Care Worker to support older people in our care home during the night, ensuring comfort, safety and wellbeing. You will work flexibly to cover shifts as part of the night team and provide consistent care and reassurance.

You will be reliable, compassionate, and able to stay calm with residents. Training will be provided; you must have basic IT skills for records, PVG and SSSC registration or willingness to join.
