Corpay in Meriden is seeking a Call Centre Operative to provide outbound support to Service Centre users with overdue Service Booking and VOR requests. Based in the Meriden office, you will guide customers through the process and ensure timely action.
You will report to the Operations Support Manager and work with multiple teams, using the 1link Product Support system to record calls, chase progress and meet daily targets.
