Full-time, Permanent Control Room Operative

We are looking for a Control Room Operative for our 24 hours manned security Control Room. General Control Room duties are, but not limited to:

• Receive and monitor all incoming/outgoing phone calls.
• Maintain a log of all activities and action all requests for alarm attendance to our clients’ properties.
• Liaise with our customers and escalat call information to supervisors when needed.
• Monitor welfare check calls for all client/company sites.
• Effectively and efficiently manage messages and ensure they are passed onto the relevant person/s.
• Monitor remote CCTV site images and take the appropriate actions.
