Two-Site Veterinary Receptionist — Care, Growth & Perks

Willow Veterinary Centre, CVS Vets, is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team across two sites, Hellesdon and Thorpe Road. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday pattern and a Saturday rota.

Responsibilities include answering calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing insurance and payments, and using our in-house system. Driving to both sites is essential.
