Key Responsibilities as a Drawing Room Mananger

• Ensure the smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room.
• Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality.
• Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures.
• Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
• Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness.
• Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
• Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
• Manage, monitor & continually improve service & operational systems to enable seamless guest relations & comply with Hotel guidelines
• Ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
• Conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit
• Provide effective day-to day communication with guests, colleagues & teams

Desirables

• Hotel School diploma or equivalent
• Previous luxury/5 star hotel experience
• Excellent knowledge of food and wine
