Days – £50k£60k + Benefits

We are working with a specialist NI FMCG business who export extensively to recruit for their new Production Manager to join them in south Down and offering up to £60,000 + benefits.

Reporting into Senior Management you will;

• You will oversee daily production, plant operations and a team of production staff, ensuring targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved
• Manage production plans, schedules and workflow
• Lead and develop production teams
• Ensure output meets quality and delivery targets
• Manage inventory and support quality control
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement

What we are looking for.

• Food production management/supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Knowledge of HACCP, quality control and continuous improvement
