An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Construction Litigation practice of a leading international law firm in London.
Working as part of a highly regarded construction disputes team, you’ll advise developers, contractors, investors and major corporates on complex disputes arising from significant construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The role offers exposure to high-value litigation, arbitration, adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution, with the opportunity to take a leading role on major domestic and cross-border matters.
Requirements
• 5–8 years’ PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
• Significant experience advising on contentious construction and engineering matters, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex matters, managing junior lawyers and working directly with sophisticated clients.
• England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK construction disputes experience.
