Pearse Partners is seeking a VP level professional to join the Growth & Financial Sponsors team in London, focusing on origination and execution of private capital mandates across growth equity raises, GP-led secondaries, and co-investment programmes.

You will build sponsor and investor coverage, nurturing relationships with blue-chip PE and growth investors across Europe and the US, while delivering high-impact transactions in a lean, partner-led environment.
