Chief of Operational Resilience & Continuity

The AA is seeking a Head of Operational Resilience to lead the evolution of its enterprise resilience framework across Technology, Risk and Information Security, ensuring Important Business Services remain resilient, well governed and regulatory-compliant.

This highly visible role requires collaborating with executives and boards, embedding resilience into change programmes, supplier governance and strategic decisions. London hybrid working plus travel to the Basingstoke HQ is expected.
