Credit Hire Litigation Solicitor — Flexible & Remote Work

Drive Further is seeking a Credit Hire Solicitor to strengthen our credit hire recovery team. You will join an existing team and manage litigation from start to finish, coordinating with claims and recovery colleagues to maximise case values.

The role requires 3–5 years of litigation experience, familiarity with Pro-claim or case management systems, and a background in handling credit hire claims. We offer hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and bonus schemes in a family‑owned environment.
