Roofing Refurbishment Site Manager (Live School Projects)

Madigan Gill is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a schools refurbishment project in the PO12 area. The role requires a strong roofing background to manage specialist roofing subcontractors within a refurbishment and live education environment.

You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, safety, quality and programme delivery, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth handover on project completion.
