Capital Finance Leader: Strategy, Budget & Reporting

The University of Manchester seeks a Capital Finance Manager to lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for its capital and long-term maintenance programmes. You will work with Estates, IT Services and Finance to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making across the university.

You will develop and manage capital reporting, oversee the capital budget and five-year plans, and guide teams across estates and IT leadership.
