Hybrid Senior Real Estate Manager: Data & Projects

Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) in Swindon, within UKRI, seeks a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead the property portfolio, renewals, data reporting and cross-government compliance. Hybrid working available with a core focus on delivery of complex real estate projects and stakeholder engagement.

You will report to the Head of Real Estate and bring 5+ years of property management experience, with a robust understanding of UK government property standards and data governance.
