Lead Engineer – AI Systems (Remote-First)

Haven is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to guide AI-enabled engineering initiatives. You will set technical direction, define architecture, and act as the principal technical contact for the squad while mentoring engineers.

This remote-first role includes occasional visits to Hemel Hempstead or Haven parks for collaboration. You’ll balance hands-on coding with leadership, shaping engineering standards across Haven and ensuring secure, reliable delivery of high-quality software.
