Motor Claims Defence Leader

Strata Solicitors, Gallagher Bassett’s in-house law firm, is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our Defence team. This role focuses on motor claims, client service, and developing high-performing teams within a specialist practice.

You will oversee operations, manage relationships with corporate clients, drive service levels and KPIs, and contribute to strategic objectives while promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration across the business.
