Coffee Program Lead: Training & Wholesale Quality

Tynemouth Coffee Company is seeking an experienced Head of Coffee to own our coffee programme and support wholesale growth. The role covers green-coffee sourcing, commercial roasting, quality control, product development and production planning, with a strong focus on onboarding and training wholesale customers.

Key responsibilities include roaster management, cupping, quality control and training, plus coordinating with sales and engineering to ensure top-notch customer experiences.
