Transport Operations Lead (4-on/4-off)

DHL Supply Chain in Coleford is seeking a Transport First Line Manager to lead daily transport operations, directing a team and ensuring safety, compliance and cost control across the shift. The role demands strong planning, driver performance management and the ability to deputise for the Transport Manager on daily plan/do/review calls.

This is a permanent, full-time position with 4On 4Off 6pm-6am shift patterns.
