Strategic Bid Manager – Social Housing & Frameworks

Ashley & McDonough Compliance Services, part of the Mecsia Group, seeks a Bid Manager to lead bidding, procurement and framework strategy for the Community Division. You will drive opportunity identification, bid/no‑bid decisions, tender leadership and customer engagement to secure high‑value contracts.

You will coordinate cross‑functional input with a Bid Coordinator, manage framework relationships, and continuously improve bid processes.
