Desktop Support Technician – Fixed-Term 24 Months

NHS Lothian is seeking an IT Support professional to provide frontline user support across the organisation. You will act as the first escalation point from the service desk, and you will install, configure, maintain and repair desktop computers and peripherals. Training users on computer systems and software is also part of the role.

The successful candidate will work in Edinburgh, supporting NHS Lothian staff with timely, reliable IT services and guidance on best practices for computer usage.
