Building Services Engineer — Multi-Skilled FM Maintenance

Pareto FM in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. You’ll perform planned and reactive maintenance across building services at the client site, with occasional travel to Covent Garden, Milton Keynes and Loughborough.

Based mainly at Hemel Hempstead, you will work across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, carry out PPM, reactive tasks, and supervise subcontractors when needed.
