Remote People Data Analyst — Workforce Insights & Dashboards

Babcock International Group is recruiting a People Data Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will join the People Data, Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning team, shaping decisions with dashboards, reports and data-driven analyses.

The role is fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel to hub locations and requirement to achieve SC clearance. Excellent collaboration with HR and business units is expected.
