Hybrid Performance & Insight Analyst

Croydon Council is seeking a skilled Performance Officer to join the Adult Social Care Performance team. You will deliver high-quality performance insight to drive service improvement and monitor performance against local and national frameworks.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and used to support decision-making. The role offers hybrid working with minimum 2 days per week in the office, plus flexible and home-working options.
