Housing Income Officer | Hybrid & Community-Driven

Bromford is seeking a Housing Income Officer to manage a patch of customer accounts and support tenants to sustain their tenancies and improve their financial wellbeing. You’ll lead income collection, provide advice on rent, budgeting and welfare benefits, and prepare cases for court when needed.

Embedded within the community through our Place-based approach, you’ll work with local teams to deliver joined-up outcomes, build strong relationships, and make a real difference to people’s lives.
