Registered Nurse – Patient-Centered Care in Care Home

NHS Scotland is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing care home team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults, including older people with complex health and social care needs.

You will hold a valid Adult NMC PIN and a recognised Adult Nursing degree or diploma, assess and develop care plans, administer medications, monitor health, lead on shift, and work closely with MDT colleagues to ensure safety and dignity.
