Focus Independent Adult Social Work in Grimsby is recruiting a Lead Officer for the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and DoLS. This senior role provides strategic and operational leadership across North East Lincolnshire to ensure rights, freedoms and wellbeing of adults at risk are central.
You will collaborate with Adult Social Care, health partners, providers and the Safeguarding Adults Board, and drive system-wide responses to DoLS rulings.
