At Prestige Nursing & Care, we’re expanding our Complex Care Team and seeking a dedicated Complex Care Nurse to join our South Cotswold’sbranch. Based in Tetbury, with travel across Gloucestershire, this role offers the chance to use your clinical expertise to make a meaningful impact in your local community.

What You’ll Do
You’ll ensure clients receive exceptional, safe, person‑centred care in their own homes. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing clinical assessments, reviews, and risk evaluations
- Leading clinical decision‑making and supporting colleagues
- Training and assessing care staff in specialist tasks (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management, etc.)
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Supporting quality, governance, and continuous improvement
- Helping to grow and enhance our clinical offering across Gloucestershire
This role allows you to lead clinically while staying connected to hands‑on nursing when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with an active PIN
- Experience in complex care (hospital or community)
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- A passion for exceptional person‑centred care
- A proactive, positive approach to improvement
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Desirable: teaching/mentoring experience or service‑development leadership
