Orthopaedic Ward Lead – Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse (Rotational)

Blackpool Victoria Hospital in Blackpool is inviting applications for a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse on Ward 35, orthopaedics. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term for 9 months to cover maternity leave, with a fully rotational pattern including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

You will lead the ward in the manager’s absence, support junior staff, coordinate care, safety huddles, and ensure compliance with Trust policies. NHS experience in orthopaedics is essential.
