Hybrid Senior Reward Leader: Strategy & Governance

Catalyst Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Manager in Watford to lead the reward function and shape strategic pay programs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery across reward, analytics, governance and compliance.

You will oversee annual pay reviews, bonus processes and market benchmarking, while developing frameworks for a large hourly workforce and ensuring NMW compliance. You will line manage a small team and partner with senior stakeholders.
