Strategic HR Business Partner — Hybrid (3/2) & Equity

We Are Adam in Greater Manchester is seeking a hands-on HRBP to partner with a high-growth division. You will be the go-to person for all things people, leading workforce planning, capability building and upskilling to meet ambitious targets.

You will support BAU HR activities, talent management, succession planning, performance reviews, and complex ER casework, keeping stakeholders informed about legislative changes.
